The posters shitting on him likely don't know the nuances of football.
He was recruited to play 4-3, & did his best playing 3-4 NT which requires taking on 2 blockers min every play, & thats not his skill set. Props to him for playing thru a tough transition.
If he doesn't switch the to 5 technique, he should give some quality snaps at nickel DT for us.
