How does that concept come into play here Lee? He said if one of his kids was being railroaded by a police department. The team has nothing to do with that situation, we are talking about a kids life here.

and you're pretty stupid as well, your deflecton isnt working, this guy said nothing about the team. He was talking about the legal system and the BRPD as far as being railroaded.
How is Jefferson making himself bigger than the team by trying to fight charges and getting reinstated?
Shepard was suspended and appealed is he trying to make himself bigger than the team. Is he a distraction to the team as well?

Why does that matter? I'd use any means necessary to clear my kids and I imagine you'd do the same. I don't agree with everything the NAACP gets in to but I wouldn't hesitate to call them if it means getting my kid's future cleared up.

I believe where there is smoke, there is fire.
Now to what degree he was involved.. IDK the answer to that, I wasnt there.
I just dont believe the BRPD wanted to "pick on" poor old JJ and JJohns.

It wasn't a "pick on" situation imo. I just think BRPD bumbled and stumbled through it so even their integrity is now questioned. They brought that shite on themselves just like JJ put himself in this situation by even being there.

i don't believe they did it intentionally. But they ran with the reports of shitty witnesses and performed a shitty investigation. I can guarantee there have been dozens of bar fights in BR since the Shadys incident....how many do you think resulted in the confiscation of clothing and DNA tests?
They acted without getting all the info. shite...i still don't know if they ever questioned the employees
