Dr Keith was a really close friend of my family. We considered him family and he considered us part of his. Dr Keith was like a father to my brother and I after our dad passed away when we were kids. He gave me my first beer (and many more in the years after that) and helped me get into medical school. Great guy does not even begin to describe Dr Keith. He was also a tough SOB. There are not many people make it 13+ years after being diagnosed with brain cancer initially given less than 18 months.

Was in residency in Jackson same time as Keith,,great guy then as well and was an honor to have known him
