because for at least the next three years Alabama has Saban, referees who somehow turn a blind eye for/against Bama penalties and a seemingly excellent QB... BUT the worst part, NOW Bama has Jesus pulling for the Tide, too..... It just doesn't matter what LSU or any other team can do.
So don't get so mad and bothered over the Ensminger hire, it just doesn't matter.

It would be nice to at least be in the hunt for the playoff in November. Saban has built a machine, no doubt about that but LSU has the athletes to compete and disrupt that machine. We just need the coaching to go with the talent then things will fall in place. O isn't it and never will be.

So, do we want to coast for the next few years, hoping to make a bowl the new normal, or do we want to respond like Georgia and A&M, aggressively going after some of the best coaches in the business?
We can make the playoffs even win the SEC, even if we lose to Bama. And if we aim high, we might actually beat them once every 3 or 4 years.
I guess the Administration accomplished its objective - make the fans know their place - we're average. Quit being spoiled. You'll never be as good as Bama so just pay us and deal with it.
