My phone tells me that it's 83 degrees and sunny in Gainesville, which means we should be watching football.

To fully disclose Florida's bs rationale for canceling the game, someone should make a FOIA request into Foley's and any other clowns' email accounts as UF is a public institution, and Jeremy Foley probably is not acting with full caution as this is his last hurrah as UF AD.

Let's try and embarrass the Gators off the field if they want to play games and hopefully get some people fired simultaneously.

Probably has to be a Florida resident.

You don't need to be a US resident to make a FOIA request, so I don't think that's the case

But the organization you are making the request to has to be federal. FOIA is not a state mechanism.

I think they fall under that law if they accept federal funding for anything. I think that's why a lot of privates refuse federal money.

That is not correct because it applies to any federal/state agencies, and here is the [link=(form)]https://www.nfoic.org/florida-sample-foia-request[/link]. If you listened to Skip Bertman's interview on 104.5, you also would know that you are wrong.

One of my biggest problems with this forum is morons acting like they know things when they do not.

FOIA is a strictly federal. State laws, like public records laws, govern state agency record production, and although they may mimic FOIA, they are not FOIA. Totally different set of rules.

quote:

Q. Can I use FOIA to review documents from my state government?
A. No. FOIA only applies to agencies of the federal government (note this means it also does not apply to Congress or the Judicial branch). LINK

What was it you were saying about morons?
