Or one of 130 college teams still involved in recruiting.
Hiring assistants in Feb and March isn't out of the norm.

It’s a pretty important hire and will be telling of Eauxs plans offensively. The concern is there’s no competitive advantage to waiting that long. Our competition is filling vacancies and seems a step ahead. Just a little concerning. We will see what happens
