I'm not near as worried about stopping a&m as I am about scoring on them. Our QB's will have no time to throw and the screen isn't exactly our strong point. Ridley will have to win this one for us.

Our WRs will eat them up. Im not a Miles fan, but give him a month to prepare for a team and he is money. Especially when the game is in a dome.

if you watch LSU you know those teams ALWAYS put up 30+ on us. nothing we can do really shite just happens.
Why do you say that? Honest question.

Why does playing in a dome benefit LSU?

Speed, only bowl game we have looked like shite in was the Cap 1 last year b/c of that horrible field.
All of Miles bowl games other than that have been in a dome and blow outs.
2005 - 40-3 over Miami
2006 - 41-14 over Notre Dame
2007 - 38-24 over OSU
2008 - 38-3 over Georgia Tech

So do y'all know how Les Miles prepares differently for bowl games than he does for regular season games?
Posted on 12/5/10 at 11:04 pm to AAM02
He sends Gary Crowton on a LONG trip!

Whoever wins gets Mettenberger.

I'm not one to brag about LSU football or Les Miles but......
Dome Game = speed
speed (LSU > A&M)
Give Les one month to prepare
05 Miami (Dome) BIG WIN
06 ND (Dome) BIG WIN
07 Ohio St. (Dome) BIG WIN
08 GT (Dome) BIG WIN
09 Penn St. (Highschool sloshpit) LOSS
basically what everyone else said

Can't wait to watch Drake knock down tannehill over and over and over and over and over. Weve had to deal with Scam Newton, Mark Ingram, Noel Devine, Niles Davis, along with other good players this year I think we can handle Tannehill and Cyrus Gray

Psssst... you lost to Newton.

He has 4-5x as long to prepare I guess

Haha well, at least LSU fans aren't as far fetched at score calling as the Nebraska and OU crowd was.
NU came in saying the game would be over by the end of the first and that Kyle field would be half empty by the end of the game. OOPS.
This is going to be defense vs. defense smack-off. We're not as good at pass coverage but LSU tends to run so I can see this turning into a 'who can get down the field firs?' kind of thing.
14-17, whoever scores the last points wins.
