I just beat some dude up that called me a cracker. Got high fives and nothing happened.

This is like the episode of south park where they yell, "They're coming right for us!!!" so that they have a legal excuse to kill em.

His lawyer is grasping at straws because he has nothing else to use to defend JH with. Anyone that is in the midst of a two year probation period and beats on someone for being "disrespected" is a complete fricking moron.

For the sake of all that is precious in this nation I sincerely hope what you propose can never be viewed as a legal defense in an assault case.

What would be the result if a black guy called a white guy "whitey" or "cracker" & and white guy beat the hell out of black guy. White guy would be in boiling water and the naacp would be asking for max sentence! Double standard if hill isn't treated same way.

Wow. I don't usually call people names or criticize on here but that's really dumb.

Let me clarify, I was only responding to saints question, me personally, if Ronald would have embarrassed the Martin name like that, there would be no need for posts like this because his arse would be yanked off the team.

What if the victim had called him goofy? Or fat? Would that have also given Hill license to beat the guy up?

I don't know what provoked the incident but if it was a word, any word, then the attacker, and not just in this case, is a tool.

Agree 100%! Black or white beating someone nearly to death is no excuse! Words no excuse for that kind of violence!

The OP is dumb but the majority of responses are just as retarded.

This is a lot of bitching and moaning for 1 punch that didn't even knock the guy off his feet.
