Absolutely follow the team like I’ve always done during the season

My interest in recruiting is near zero bc of the money and constant flip flopping from “commitments”

I watch less college football overall and therefore less LSU football as well. Yes, it's impacted me.

I follow or care nothing about recruiting or who’s returning/leaving anymore.

I’ve lost complete interest in recruiting. I never assume a recruit is coming until the ink is dry.

If we have a generational player i feel like i may get to see him for 2 years. or 3 years tops.

The overwhelming response on here is that people have lost interest in recruiting. Didn’t realize it was this many people.

It may have already happened but soon the ranking of transfer classes will be more important than ranking of freshman classes. Instead of counting 5-stars and 4-stars we’ll measure how many “assumed starters” are in transfer classes but will deduct the “value” of losing starters in the portal. Hell, we used to brag about “high 4-stars” and have lengthy posts arguing why Rivals should have them as a 5-star. All that over for me now. No more “sauces” reporting that a recruit is wearing purple socks to the signing ceremony…

We’ve almost entirely converted to an LSU baseball family now and I don’t see us turning back.

Exactly this for me. It’s a better overall game these days.

It’s a little sad to me because I never played organized baseball, so I don’t know the game as well as football, but I just lost interest in the whole day Saturday thing, watching game day, firing up the smoker, day drinking, etc.

Those were good times, but times change.

I’ll never quit but it has definitely had decreased my passion. Probably not because of just NIL…I hate the portal. To have open season free agency every freakin year is absurd. I’ll never give money to a player without some sort of contractual obligation
