No one here can conclusively say yes or no. But, players are taught to tackle bigger guys like that low. It's football. An unfortunate part.

They had trouble bringing him down so they had to go low. Don’t think it was dirty/intentional. Unfortunately for Green his height, which is a strength, also makes it easy for players to go low on him with long legs

It's football. And guys are coached to hit guys like Green low. Not because they are dirty but because that's how you need to bring him down.
Stop with this stupid bullshite. It's called football. Guys get hurt. Same people saying the game is getting soft are now saying it's dirty to tackle someone in the manner you need to tackle him to get him on the ground. It was a clean play that resulted in an injury.

It's a problem being that tall. Players are going to tackle low. Sadly Green is going to have a lot of injury problems because of this.
