The assclown reporter didn't release the full context of his quote. It's somewhere on audio, but I'm not looking for that shite.
quote:He's not pushing "an agenda in your face". He's blunting any negative reaction that sure to come his way by being 'outed' by some 'dubmfrickery' as you so eloquently put it, some 'assclown reporter' who thinks it's clever to out him and then watch him get shite all over in the locker room and press room "for lying about his sexual identity".
These gay people coming out all over the place are reaching for got damn attention. I don't care what your sexual preference is, so don't push your agendas in my face.
You truly are a stupid frick if you believe the garbage you just posted. You are seeing the argument completely backwards, and are surely a viewer of Fox News, the most laughable 'news organization' on the planet..the ones who turn every argument upside down and look at it incorrectly.
quote:No one is trying to get sympathy, you retard, just the opposite they are demanding the same RESPECT that every one else gets, to be treated EQUAL.
Stop trying to make it a spectacle and expect everybody to accept you. The world is diverse for a reason, some people aren't going to like it, so frick em. Stop trying to get sympathy and attention from people

It reminds me of when white people use to say, I have black friends, just to seem "cooler", or not a racist. This whole "movement" is utterly ridiculous.
This statement reveals much more about you than you probably want it to, and symbolizes everything that's fricked up about your point of view.

Imagine that! You say that you hate people for who they are and people reciprocate in response! It's almost like they're people too!
When did I say anything about hating people? This is what's wrong with this issue. If you demonize someone for seeing things differently, you can write them off and dismiss them. It happens on both sides and it should stop. I've been respectful this whole thread, but now I "hate" people. You're proving my point.

He allowed it to become a big deal by not being upfront about it already. Yeah, lets wait, and wait, and wait, and wait until the draft process to finally come out, really?

I'm not a viewer of any news stations, nor a political party member. I could care less about the next president or whatever because it's the same crap, different guy. I dislike people who have to hide and conceal this simple arse shite. I know plenty and have worked with plenty and have plenty of gay people I associate with. I live in Shreveport and I've known a bunch dating back to my freshman high school year. These kids were out, and you know what, nobody gave a shite! I'm talking from the guys that kinda seem like that, to the full blown pink flamingo ones. Girls from the so cute you wouldn't have guessed, to the ones with dreads and pants sagging trying to talk like a man. Didn't bother me. I have black, white, mexican, columbian, korean, indian (the ones from India), and chinese friends. I've hung out with guys who sometimes wore wigs and dresses, it doesn't bother me (it's actually kinda funny, but I haven't seen them in years). No hate in my blood.

They are looking for understanding, but they are going about it wrong. There is no need to air it to the country, just so you can get a little coverage in the media. All these celebrities coming out at the same time, all these athletes coming out at the same time, why? From when you first started dating, you should have been out in the open with it. Now you have mid 20s, 30s, and 40s people FINALLY come out and say, i'm gay.
Why should I tip toe around the facts? The ones who wait this long are not "looking for respect" they were scared to death of backlash and resentment until they had enough support to finally do it.

It reveals nothing that you think it does numbnuts. Tip toeing around things and trying your hardest to be PC, F that.
I don't sympathize, nor do I care, but this post intrigued me for the first time. We shouldn't have to tip toe around this nonsense. People have made "coming out", a spectacle.
