I'm quite certain you posted this several thousand times when JJ's fans were covering the entire first page of The Rant with "Return of the King" threads while JL was quietly leading us through an undefeated September like you have since JL got benched. I am thrilled we won our scrimmage on Saturday so convincingly, and I am certain that JL will respond with class and his best effort if needed, as he has always done after LM crapped on him. I am astounded that you and your ilk admonish posters with a differing view to put team before individual when many saying that couldn't manage to pull off that feat earlier in the season. Hypocrisy. I keep asking you to look it up.

Anyone can see that the offense can do more with Jefferson at QB, Lee did a good job in his absence and should be commended for it, but now Jefferson has done everything required of him to regain his starting position and Miles has rewarded him, it was his team, and Lee will be there to step back up if anything goes wrong again!

To me it isn't about race its about Jefferson breaks rules and got his arse in trouble for doing it. Meanwhile Lee is leading this team, became the #1 team in the country in doing so.. Jefferson comes back to the team after more than a month and plays right away like he did nothing wrong. Lee has 12 snaps against Alabama and never returns to the game to redeemed himself. Last season Jefferson struggled so much that Lee had to come in and save the games numerous times for LSU but did the LSU staff ever consider making Lee the starter, No they didn't but Lee struggles against Alabama and he losses the starting job. Then Jefferson is named starter because the QB can execute option plays and suddenly it justifies him as taking the starting Job. Jefferson has started against two sorry arse teams and throws dump passes against sorry arse defenses and everyone thinks he has improved and has everyone believing we need his option plays and running style, Its crap. Lee ran some options in the western Kentucky game and managed to produce the same way, he even scrambled one for 15 yards. Its the bullshite that the Staff is putting on Jarrett Lee that bothers the heck out of me. Jefferson takes the starting job because he benefited off of Michael Ford ability run the ball against Alabama off the option. No one looks at it that way. Jefferson didn't have to run the ball just toss it to the running back. If that is what was needed to be done why not let Lee run the option every once in a while, and calm Lee's nerves down some, the option worked perfectly against western kentucky. What I found out in the western kentucky is Lee isn't as slow as he appeared. Anyways that is my Beef about the whole situation. Jefferson gets in trouble in a bar fight because he and some others decides to break curfew days before the first game of the season and when he returns after missing 4 games, his first play of the season comes in on the second series in the first quarter of the game against Kentucky. Where is the disciplining. Is there any discipline against this kid? Played in the first quarter??? Lets just agree that this kid gets special treatments from the coach. The Mathieu, Shepard, Ware, Simon were suspended for their faults.
