You keep whining about fairness and equality. Jesus, quit being such a pussy. It is football.
Quit crying about les being a meanie. You sound like a little girl

Agreed. So, JJ has a couple of good games (without regard to the competition)-what would the reaction be if Les sat him and played JL the entire game against ArKansas? The same group chastising others would be the ones crying the loudest. Hypocrisy. Maybe you can look it up for the others?
I'd be missing that sort of meltdown while at the game. Meanwhile, Lee would be receiving a standing ovation if he started the game under center.

You have been around here way too much to believe that. People are still bitching on Smoke.

Doubt it. When have any of the JJ supporters been mad that Lee got playing time?

I just want LSU to bring another title home after an outstanding, undefaeted year!!

Christ almighty.
Everyone knew our passing game was awful last year. What was there to analyze?
After the Oregon game people weren't just complimentary of Lee they were GUSHING... over a guy who didn't hit 50% of his passes, didn't throw for 100 yards...and dozens of posters were marveling at our "Improved passing game with Lee."
It was ignorant, at best.
So I simply made a post saying, hey, I'm happy we won, but the kid didn't really play that well, and if it doesn't get better, we are going to be in trouble. Thankfully, it got better.
JJ had a better game last night than Lee against Oregon and the typical line is, "Well it's Ole Miss." When Lee played like a turd against Kentucky, level of competition didn't matter, "just an off day!"
There's a double standard held by you and many others on this site.
I'm sure you believe Lee is a far superior passer, though virtually every stat says otherwise. It's blatant disregard for reason that lead to that post.
But again, it's much more of your level to just insult me, throw out that I'm a "JJ lover" and post stupid arse insults about screenshots ad nauseum, because you don't really have any sort of rational argument.
What's sad is that you really believe I want Lee to suck and am interested in tearing him down to the detriment of my favorite sports team all so I can be right on a message board. It's patently fricking ridiculous.
Well put!!!

Jesus Christ. It's like some of you have a personal attachment to Lee.
All year long Miles has hidden the QB position in every game. JJ has beat Lee out 3 years in a row and our coaching staff obviously feels JJ brings more to the position than lee.
But of course it has to be some unsubstantiated favoritism because you weirdos get your feelings hurt if your favorite player that you have obviously formed some strange attachment with doesn't play. Grow up, Lee still has it better in college than. 99% of the people on here.

All I want is for Les to not lie and just admit he likes JJ more and thinks we will do better with him at the helm.
I do wonder, however, how he can look Lee in the eye when he tells the whole world we will utilize both QB's and Lee gets 1 attempt against Ole Miss. 1.
I have enjoyed every minute of this season. I haven't let this issue take away the fun of being 11-0, however, I believe Les is doing a disservice to Lee while at the same time irritating those of us who feel Lee has earned playing time by not being honest. Just say we want to run an option/ball control style offense and you appreciate Lee being your back up.
Even the pro JJ side should at least admit Lee is a character guy who has never been a focal point of negative attention, did not transfer when scapegoated in 08, and has talked about wanting the team to be successful (when other players talk about picking up the team on their back/the team being their team etc). Oh yeah, and he looked pretty stout in all but 1 game this year whenever given significaqnt playing time.

oh my friend its going to be ok.
why are you so mad about it? why do you ONLY defend Jefferson and Miles, but you won't defend Lee? and yes I stand by my words that NOTHING ELSE EXPLAINS Miles's infatuation with such a below average, borderline scrub of a player like Jefferson. I think it is more than fair to question the possibility that something more could be going on between them. we are allowed to question it in the workplace when unfair and favorable treatment is shown to certain people, but not others. why can't we question it here when it is blatantly obvious that Miles is obsessed with Jefferson?
my best guess is that they are VERY close off the field. like a father/son type of relationship. then again it could be something more or it could be absolutely nothing at all and Miles is just messing with the fan base since he knew LSU would win the last two games no matter who played. only time will tell.

Why does he have to come out and say this? By Les starting JJ, he IS saying this.

Why let your opponents know what your offense is?
To me, it's tactical advantage to have two guys more than capable of playing well, ready to go.

No time for idiots, and you fill the bill.
You would make a great teacher for finding grammatical errors, other than that, the short list is really short. I get a kick out of clowns like you attacking Jordan Jefferson fro obvious bigotry stuff, and then you try to downplay it like it's not true.
I can smell your steaming crap arse from a mile away.

You think lee can do no wrong
Where have I ever said that? I have said very consistently that I am willing to bet that our best QB is on the bench awaiting his turn next year. Maybe the best 2 QB's.
I think the offense ran more crisply and smoothly with JL running it. That said, last night we were purring, I just don't know what kind of measurement we got against a team mailing it in. I think JL is the best of two pretty mediocre QB's. I am not the coach and don't get to make that call. I am a fan, and am allowed to have an opinion. It's just laughable watching all these "fans" saying others aren't "fans" when they exhibit the exact same behavior when the roles are reversed.

So if your boss announced to your whole company that you were getting to work on a special project because you are talented and then you just get to mop up you wouldn't feel insulted?

We can finally agree on something. I saw someone trying to start a Bert Jones/Paul Lyons thread earlier today.
