I hope the new HC keeps Blake Baker, who knows maybe a new offensice perspective will help Baker figure out how to stop running QB's

What exactly has baker done in his tenure to make a new coach want to keep him?

Shut down shitty Clemson and Florida teams?

Defense has sucked under BK and still does. Some mass improvement from last in the NCAA to mid-level is nothing special. Then considering we spent millions pumping up a swiss cheese roster and had little overall impact in the W column.
Give me Lane with Boom, O, Frank, Corey to start ....

The love affair with this guy is borderline strange.

I don’t get it either. The guy continuously gets outschemed by upper level offensive coordinators.

Last year it was a talent issue, this year the offense gets the blame, if he stays around, next year the new staff will be the excuse. Meanwhile he’s the highest paid DC in the land and putting out average to above average defenses.

Isn’t Baker the Highest Paid DC in the country at 2.5 Mil. The only running QB we stopped was Sellers and that is because their O-Line was a lot worse than ours. Ole Miss, Vandy and aTm couldn’t be stopped. If Lagway could run I’m sure we would have lost to Florida too
