Current day coaching contracts are ridiculous......

Fully guaranteed contracts for college coaches are stupid. These guys are 100% pampered and they have no skin in the game. They hold the universities/donors ransom.
They should be paid per win/loss record, no guarantees!

There should be a clause in all contracts that if you lose to a team at home that badly that your buyout gets reduced by several million dollars. Beat a top 5 team, we can increase it. At least the cost to replace would be less if your coach is consistently arse.
