Context doesn't matter.
He is an AP voter and he voted Stanford #3 and Boise # 10 and said his reasoning for voting Boise #10 is because they haven't played anyone. He clearly didn't rank the rest of the teams on his ballot using the same method.

i know a starting player from those days at smu; everyone was getting something. he was not at a skill position (LOS) and he got a lot of stuff and money. he told me the skill guys got lots more. craig james took it with impunity and now takes the "better than thou" road. it's call being a hypocrite.
