At-will employment basically states that you and an employer enter into an agreement for you to go to work for them for an indefinite amount of time. Since you have the right to leave said employment at any time for any reason, the employer is basically given same the right to terminate you at any time for any reason.
Most employment that isn't public, union-related, or contract is at-will.
Perhaps YOU need to look it up.

I've respected people's presumption that he's guilty until proven innocent, and understand the skepticism with the side of the story that I have provided. I'm sure the woman knows Lowery and can make the assertion that he is a thug though.
