dstone I agree with you...and to the Bozo who doesn't think R. Shepard could have run behind that line you are a dumb arse. The kid was effective everytime he was given the chance...to the tune of like 6 point something yards per carry. Of course people are pissed when we see a kid as effective as Shep sitting on the sideline. We aren't basing this off of his recruiting rank, rather his production on the field when he did have a chance. We don't have another player on our roster who is one step from taking one the distance everytime he touches the ball. Plain and simple he should have at least been given a chance in the mud mickey mouse bowl. And if you defend Miles on any grounds other than the fact that he is a genuinely good family man...you simply don't know football.

Why is it that we all can see what the main concerns are, but our coaching staff seems to ignore them or not make any adjustments!!

most teams' fans say this...coaches see a much bigger picture than the ones fans see. they also see much more in practice...which is why you read on the Rant all year long that it's clear Lonergan is better than T-Bob, yet T-Bob starts because his dad played for the Saints. Then Lonergan gets in and you don't see much difference.

We'll never know what a great coach could have done with this talent.

good analogies Beastmode! Shep, if utilized correctly could easily be another Percy Harvin. i don't understand the NOT use of him more.

Fore, i actually enjoy your post! but, have you ever noticed that whne this O. Staff makes a change it is because either an injury to a player that they have playing ahead of another or they put in the other player in like putting a rock between a hard spot?
