The reason the game is broken is that the NCAA is selectively enforcing rules preventing the payment of recruits to sign and players to stay in school instead of entering the draft.

FIFY. The NCAA's uneven and often unintelligible enforcement of its rules has made them a huge part of the problem. I won't go so far as to say that the NCAA has completely outlived its usefulness, but its close.

More consistent wide drug testing policy for both rec drugs and peds

85 man roster should probably be lowered to at least 70

Eliminate the shadow staffs
Coaches making way too much money to hire a 20 person shadow staff

Fix the transfer portal and you can’t have players going within conference

College football is a business. It's a highly successful business. Parity doesn't make more money. dynasties make money

If this were the case, there would be no salary caps in pro sports. The NFL in particular has procedures in place to create competitive balance, which is why fan interest in all markets has remained high. This is what makes money, not dynasties.

I have never liked star players quitting and declaring for the draft before their bowl game. I mean, those o-linemen blocked all year for them, the coaches trained them, the assistant squirted water in their mouth on the sideline, etc. You DO owe the school and your teammates your best effort all the way through. However, it was when Christian McCaffrey was still drafted in top 5 after skipping his bowl I knew others would follow. That was the levee being breached.
