Coaching a football team.

Fellas, I have said all along you don't have to hire a great head coach. However, you have to hire a great manager of the game who has good to great people around him (coaches and players) and he will have success. I've coached football for 20 years. I know the game and understand the dynamics but I'm always learning and that has kept me very successful. Saban and Meyers are great coaches who can coach and manage (rare finds). Coach O will be fine if he stays in his lane and manages his coaches, personnel, and the game. Keep the fire geauxing!!!!!

If you have coordinators that you trust the HC job become a lot easier. Hopefully that's what we see with O.
