Coach Ensminger appreciation

In a world full of ego and me me me, Coach E threw all of that out of the window. He welcomed input from a much younger coach and allowed our team to grow. Let’s also respect his knowledge in terms of running an offense, this isn’t all Joe Brady.
His decision to man up and do something that so many others wouldn’t do has my full respect and deserves to be recognized.

I think he's a great mentor for Brady. He needs to be one next year also. the job of OC is much more than calling plays
