We wound up staying til the end of the UF-ORU game. The crawfish weren’t like in the prime of the season of course but the flavor was fantastic. Those baws nailed that. Been awhile since my son had crawfish and he loved them too.
Since we stayed we each had a philly later. That’s an awesome sandwich!! The cream cheese adds a damn nice touch. Good day yesterday.

You can’t see it when it comes out. It seems to be incorporated in the cooking process. Not an overpowering amount and it gives it a bit of a unique flavor. Damn good!!
