Here's another opportunity for Kelly to begin "changing the culture." It's not the national championship so you have to wonder how many of the upper classmen will sit out a meaningless (to them) bowl game? Last year was a true nightmare. Was at the KState game and it was hard to watch. Hope we get most of the roster to "show up and compete."

I’m optimistic but also you see guys at bama jumping to the portal just to get more money from their current employer.

Where does it stop? This has rapidly turned into the NFL jr only worse in some regards. You have an entire roster on one year contracts with free agency in play not regulated by any rules to speak of.

It’s a very slippery slope to say the least. Personally I don’t like it and can’t help but wonder how much longer it can be sustained like this before many fans get disgusted and find something else to entertain themselves.

TLDR: optimism for Kelly and program changing culture; big picture concern for future of college football

If you don’t win who gives a f*ck about culture?

And if you are winning, do you really give a f*ck about what kind of culture exists?
