Yes, but how can both finish above people ahead of them losing when they have to play 4 games against each other next week. Somebody has to lose.

Gonna go out on a limb and guess that the poll is what they think, where as the regional projection is what they think the committee will do.
That makes the most sense at least.

Has Virginia really been that good where they are deserving of the 3 over us? Up to this point, the chatter has been "Three teams and then the rest". So where did Virginia come from all of a sudden?

They still have to play North Carolina. They win that series they may be a 3 over us.

Yea I'm not complaining, I'm more just wondering if Virginia went on a tear and now have asserted themselves as a top 4 team.

No. They swept florida state, which is awesome. But that was inbetween losing series to Ga Tech and Va Tech

There's not a whole lot of hype for the #1 seed in college baseball, it's more of a personal thing...........like how Texas got the #1 seed in 2009 when we should have
