Can LSU get all text/emails/etc as part of their defense in this lawsuit?

I assume that would all come out in the discover part of the lawsuit. But I am no laywer but I do watch court tv.

Yes unless they are attorney-client privileged communication. And the SEC attorneys have surely advised all employees to keep written communication about anything related to the suit labeled as such. The e in email stands for evidence lol.
