re: Can anyone provide evidence Joe Alleva has a clue what he's doing?

I sat and talked with him in the AD suites at a few games last year. He expressed his opinions a lot but seemed unsure of himself before each one. As if someone else is telling him what to think and do. My personal opinion of course. I wasn't impressed at all. Skip and Joe Dean were much more visible and involved, some a little too much.
