Can a coach re-invent himself? After all that has happened...

you would think Miles would try to change a lot about the way he does things. I for one think that if a person can re-invent themselves...why not a coach!

What is there to reinvent? And why?

He would need the capacity, desire and dedication to do so. Attend coaching clinics, sit down with other coaches to pick their brains, personally hire professionals that can make him a better coach, etc.
I don't see Miles doing any of those things.

They tried some re-inventing with the offense earlier in the season (check with me).

The biggest thing he needs to change is the discipline on the team and more attntion to detail. Part of me still believes he can be a good coach but, he really needs to address these issues to get back the eye of the Tiger!

It can happen. Coaches, like all of us can evolve and change, depending on the personality. Someone like Nick Saban, no. Miles, not sure.
