Josh Henson was an Offensive Line Coach and is now the Offensive Coordinator at Missouri. He left LSU and why?

Henson left for a larger role, TE coach is kinda entry level on a staff.
I remember someone saying when he left that the move would allow him to be closer to family. he's from OK.
