Not today scrimmage related but just saw that Jacob Berry is a non-roster invite to spring training for the Marlins. Guessing he might have a shot to make it to the show this season which would be yet another great sign for CJJ and the development of LSU players. As far as I can tell we are in an arms race with Tennessee and fast-tracking these dudes to the MLB will set us apart.

Ware is possibly a starter. Ware had back issues last year. Perhaps they want to limit his innings this year. Not sure though
