We waited all year.
Fire up the grill,
Grab me a beer.

Ole Miss looks good.
A&M's a bear.
Texas..........not bad,
Just to be fair.

The Sooners will fly,
Bama will Tide.
Athens wears the bullseye
But they are ready for the ride.

Florida's not there yet,
I think we all agree.
Auburn? Wishful thinking;
Maybe year three.

Mizzou will make noise,
But no playoff in sight.
The traditional big dogs
Will earn that right.

But, let's not forget the Tigers
Down on the Bayou.
In spite of all the rhetoric,
They are coming! It's true!

Lane took center stage;
Others jealous with hate.
He will bring back the title
To the boot shaped state.

I predict weeping,
And insufferable pain.
Keep the depot open.
Here comes the Lane Train.
