we aren't facing Texas in FBS NC.

How cool would that have been, a baseball NC and a football NC, both by beating Texas.

I don't have as much hope for basketball. But I love em.

I was thinking about that when Texas went in, would have been nice if that had happened.

Im not disappointed in the slightest.
Mainly because of the fact that I believed in august we would lose 2-3 and worst case 4 games.

i hate the saying but there's always next year , i wouldn't be surprised if we played them again in the CWS beat them again, and then play them next year in the BCS NC. LSU vs Texas is bound to happen in football eventually, can you imagine TD the whole bowl season leading up to that, it's like that CWS weekend times 10.

Losing to Ole Miss. We're not good enough to beat either Texas or Alabama so I'm ok with not being in that game.

Nah, just kidding. I am willing to give Les one more year to win the west. But that is it. No SEC championship or BCS game, time to say goodbye.

All the cry babies on here. the Ole Miss loss hurt, but a 9 & 3 season is pretty good. Think back about 10 years.

Why think back, you'll be witnessing it next season unless shite gets fixed.

Not be able to take advantage of arguably the finest collection of skill players in our history.

Think about the list you could build?

I notice that both demand excellence and that far too many except mediocrity as an excuse for fan loyalty.
