I hardly saw a negative thread on Chavis since his hire.

The negative post were there. We just didnt take heed to what the Vols were telling us. And besides we already knew what Chavis philosophy was on 3rd downs. We need an exciting defensive Coordinator. Mallevto and Chavis are to calm. I thought after all the reports from practice that he was going to be getting into players arses. Did not happen. We need someone like Muschamp(I know he aint leaving texas) or even Holt at Wash. He was excited and pumped on the sideline. This is football not tiddly winks. Show some emotion if you want emotion out of your players.

Pelini was Mr Excitement . People wanted to run him out on a rail too. What was I hearing back then WHY ISN"T PELINI BLITIZING ON 3RD DAND LONGS!!! HANG HIM !!

I think Coaches have their own personalities and there is not one perfect one.
