Believe it or not, that was the original plan even before COVID happened. The initial idea was to create a security perimeter around the stadium (kind of like Super Bowls, Final Fours, etc.) But I guess either too many people complained or it was too much of a hassle to set up/tear down/enforce that they abandoned it.

Definitely stadium club, skyline club or tiger den suites. Outside of that you are limited to basically garbage throughout the stadium.
