I think he is talking about Tua because he mentions only throwing quick slants. 
I guess he thinks Drew Brees sux because the offense is just like the Saints and Burrows completion percentage is record breaking and very similar to Brees.
These guys are fools if they think fragile Tua or Herbert are better. These guys are nowhere near Burrow in accuracy, quick reads on defense. Burrows only runs when the pocket collapses and is still looking to throw.
