With Bama the clearly better team, how does making that almost-made field goal and beating Iowa State all of a sudden make OK St. better than Bama and deserving to go to the big game? That's what we're saying right? Or, are we saying that Bama deserves to get in even against an undefeated OK St. since they are clearly the better team?

Does OK St pass the eyeball test if they make that field goal?

If it comes down to that field goal, OK St. should never have been in the discussion, ever.

the only reason bama got in is because osu has "state" behind their name.

OK ST lost earlier has been allowing Bama to be pumped up by ESPN and the others.

If there is room for doubt, they will pick Ms Nicky, without a doubt.

they can justify it as 1 and 2...OK St's big win was in the last week so they were never officially #2.

2 story lines:

1 vs 2 as is being played
or
Big 12 Champ vs SEC Champ as it is being ignored.

since there is not a MUST win your own Conference in play, it is 1 vs 2
----------
MANY people just chose to ignore the BODY OF WORK of OK ST..
which is more is more impressive than Bama's.

Good teams are normally allowed some bad games, provided they pull them out in the end.

Loss to an unranked team is the reason, not a single FG play. If they are the real #2 they should have blown Iowa St out.

So you're saying if they made the field goal and are undefeated only by that narrow margin, they are all of a sudden a better team than Bama; otherwise nobody bitches about Bama in over undefeated OK St.- exactly my point.

Yep and they're Cowboys, not Sooners.

I agree wholeheartedly but what can you do. Bring on bama. I feel like LSU wins. This is a special team that has a major advantage in number of playmakers and special teams.

You're focusing on one play in the game and that is retard thinking. The game should not have been that close to begin with. And yes, and undefeated team will be rated higher in the BCS that if that same team has a loss. I understand what you're saying but its irrational.
