True. But this was because of all the talent he had. Louisiana put out some great recruits while Brady was here. Unfortunately, Louisiana basketball has been down the past few years which is why it has been so hard for Trent to recruit.

Guess he felt he needed to. But its ridiculous how much the son of the greatest college basketball player of all time was disrespected.

Great game today. We needed this victory. Now if we can get 1 more against either GT or VCU it would be a pretty good tourny for us.

Career 51%, LSU 58%.

Move over Coach K, Dean Smith and Bobby Knight.

You put up with the kind of bullshite that Brady did for a Bobby Knight type winner (or I guess you can make the case for it...) For a 50% guy (or in Brady's case, a 50% guy with two great seasons out of 11), it's just not worth the headaches.

Yep. I'll take TJ over Brady. Lets see what he can do with talent now that he finally has it.

Oh calm down. The freaking building is named after him. Just because his crappy son didn't get to play doesn't mean LSU tarnished his legacy or something.

yeah don't give his crappy son a chance to play for the university when your team is up big on senior day. clearly he sucks too much to be out there for even a minute.

This is why fans shouldn't run their mouth so much. I was around the team that year and I really liked Josh and hate Brady with a passion. Problem was beginning around sec play Josh said he was sick and literally stopped coming to practices and would sometimes show up to sit on the bench. He literally was nowhere to be found and he he didn't deserve anything. I just think out of all the crappy things Brady did that was not one of them.

Why would he want to play for a guy like Brady when he knew he would get nothing out of it? Hard to blame him.
