Jarrell Martin is a metric shite ton better than Dotson, Derenbecker, etc. Just wait until next year. That is all.

The Lester Earl fiasco basically brought the program to its knees. Brady did everything he could under the sanctions except win over the fanbase. His disposition did nothing to ignite any excitement. The Trent hire was disastrous from a P.R. perspective in addition to his inability to recruit SEC caliber athletes. Jones has a way to go but I look for a 2 year minimum rebuilding to get us back to respectability and putting some butts in the seats with a stronger OOC schedule after the rebuild.

Mike, your diagnosis is sound. I agree completely with what you say has happened.
My question is whether LSU can maintain boosters who care about basketball and who are wealthy enough to spend.

And by did everything, I assume you mean finishing last in the SEC in 6 of 11 seasons, and 19 games below .500 in the SEC for his LSU career. Let that sink in... he went to a Final Four, and still had an epically shitty record.
Brady rode the coat tails of Stromile Swift and Collis Temple's kids that kept him from getting shitcanned twice.
He left LSU in worse shape than he found it.

While I appreciate your trolling and obvious alter, how can you agree with something that you have no prior knowledge of?
Please stop, you're riling up folks.

What I meant by "everything" was considering the circumstances, i.e. saddled with an NCAA sanctioned program right at the start and a fragmented fanbase, he had a couple of years where the team was competitive. For the record, I did not like Brady. I was only giving my brief historical perspective to the OP on how we got where we are and what I think needs to happen to excite the fanbase.
