Has anyone received their renewal application yet?

When they released the schedule last Monday, they said renewals would be in your account by the end of the week.
They must be running a little late because nobody has anything showing in their season renewal application yet. I emailed them Friday afternoon and all they replied was that when my season tickets were available for renewal I would receive an email.
The deadline to renew is Oct 1.
