Shifts tend to be wildly unreliably when you pitch away from them consistently.

Im still at a loss how Jay has allowed this to happen. Its like he held on too l9ng that the transfer players would get on a run. I believe if he had made the changes to the young players sooner in season we probably are a middle of the pack team and in hunt for a regional. The pitching has really been a let down. I have no answer for how bad they have been. We did lose our ace but Schmidt being so bad and guilty just becoming a straight liability is just head scratcher

With a staff that struggles throwing to a spot or locating, it’s ridiculous we don’t adjust and quit doing it
