You can say all you want about trends. The fact is that LSU hasn't played great away from BR either, and Arkansas has a very damn good team, quite possibly more talented than us. Of course anything could happen, but this won't be easy and if we can pull it out we will be sitting pretty....but this Arkansas team is very good. A little more of the money is going on Arkansas at the moment as they are now -130 for this game and LSU is +100...setting up for a 5-4 type game, hoping for the good guys.

careful with being practical here....OP is on a rampage trying to prove we are better than Arkansas because of 2 games better on the road. Should be a hell of a game.

Neutral site not the same as road game. Hopefully, Omaha will be like a home game for LSU.

Arky has a badass team LSU will have to play their best to win.

I suspect that Arkansas will have as many fans as LSU, if not more. Lot closer than us.

Maybe the OP got tired of reading on here how bad LSU sucks away from Alex Box and is simply pointing out that Arkansas has a big home/road split as well. Don’t pretend there hasn’t been a melt in here recently about LSU’s performance away from home. Especially after our hitting in Hoover.

Our Tiger Fans are going to turn OMAHA into Home Field

I mean...it hasn't been a secret that we have struggled lately away from home. Who knows we may light it up tonight....but odds are it will be a tight game 4-3 or 5-4...something like that. But, the data he posted is meaningless

It will be interesting to see the mix at the game. Arkansas travels well. I suspect it'll fairly even maybe lsu 55-45%.

I wonder if they even think that way? Are they saying that in their mind? They have found things about us like what someone else did to hit out ace by crowding the plate etc.
Today is our day to exploit them.

For sure. The hogs do travel well, are hungry and closer. Probably a 50/50 split of true fans.
The locals, however, which could be 30-40% of the crowd will lean heavy LSU I suspect

Not sure the venue matters in that way today.

The data he posted was that Arkansas isn’t invincible away from their home either.

A factor nobody is talking ab is that Arkansas bats last. Hopefully it wont come down to it but I like our late game options out of the pen.

didn't say they were, at all. I just see this as a very close game that could go either way. The big field MAY play in our favor with Anderson pitching, and that might be the difference. It is a coin flip, imo. Oddsmakers have them slightly favored...sounds about right.
