He made a bad decision. I know how it feels because I've done the same. I played second base and we had 2 outs with 1 to go, but I thought we had 2 outs to go. Anyways, a grounder was hit to me and I instinctively threw the ball home instead of going to first with the easy out. I was thinking stop the runner from scoring at home not realizing we had the 2 outs. I felt like I wanted someone to shoot me.
