Just looked on the Arky website and their starting pitcher is majoring in Apparel studies. WTF is that? Do you get a job on Bravo with that?

Yeah I agree with that. Also you referred to your pitchers 1 and 1a... I just don't understand taking a risk with a freshman to kick off your tournament in Omaha.

Saving a freshman for a possible elimination game is better?? Renken is a somphomore who has never been to Omaha either, so its not a huge difference IMO. Ramirez just didn't pitch well and we don't know how Renken would have pitched.

They said he wants to make sports shoes. Also, 98% of his cohorts in his major are FEMALE!

Yes he is, but its not like Ramirez's stats were that different than Renkens. I was indifferent about the choice before the game and still feel that way.

OBVIOUSLY someone that has taken 2 different teams to the CWS has more info and makes better decisions than hindsighters on the interwebs, eh?

I didn't get to see the whole game, but it looked like no matter who CSF put in, the Hogs hit 'em hard. Maybe it's just more a matter of the Hogs being on today?? Hope they can do it every game EXCEPT when they play the Tigahs!!

Actually, once Tyler Pill settled down he put up some good innings. He was hit HARD early and then did well. Just filling you in since you couldn't watch the whole game...
