a drill that works on leverage, drive, hand placement.....never could apply to football. It is a fricking waste, everyone is breaking like glass.

exactly add in camaraderie. The "1 inch" thing is so there's no impact and reduced chance of injury. I agree it's not necessary but that's where the camaraderie comes in. Gotta let them have a lil fun

Chris Faulk fricked up his knee in a big cat drill also. He was predicted to be a first round draft pick before that season, which he missed.

Nothing good comes from that drill especially if q thomass injury came from it and this other mythical Dupree injury
