Don't flatter yourself. Your post just wasn't clever or funny.

I wasn't trying to be clever...just trying to illuminate to all that the defense we all desire may be becoming a thing of the past in college football and all the yammering and crap being spewed at players and coaches is self defeating and self defining. Miles is a grown man and a proven winner but if he doesn't right the ship by next year we all will be here demanding answers or change. At this time though, I just believe we should all chill and show the man as much loyalty as he has shown us. Have we all forgotten how he led LSU and Louisiana after Katrina and Rita...have a couple of bad losses negated the BCS natcham and the glory and recognition it brought LSU...are we really that shallow that we've forgotten when espn tried to sabotage our team in Atlanta on the morning of gameday he stood up for THE TEAM..THE UNIVERSITY..and US! Nobody is trying to be clever, cute or self congratulatory...just trying to offer some balance to the gutless negativity being so abundantly displayed on this board.
