I think Oregon St in 2017 did this. They were one of the best clubs I've ever seen.

Well the difference with Arkansas this year and that LSU team is the balls travel way better now than they did in 2013. So really Arky doesn’t have much of an excuse even though it’s still tougher to hit it out of TD Ameritrade compared to any other home SEC stadium.

No, Oregon St won first two games of that CWS and creamed LSU in winners bracket game in the process. LSU clawed back and then managed to beat that OSU team twice in the semis to make it to championship series.
