I hope that the respect for the SEC that a lot of you keep seeking comforts you while players that LSU was recruiting go to Florida.
I care less about respect for the SEC than I do for LSU.
LSU gets respect by winning games with good players.
If those good players go elsewhere becasue a team that they were considering in addition to LSU won the NC, then what good did the opinion of Herbstreit and the others mean to us?

dude, it's not like LSU recruits heavily in Florida anyway. There ARE only so many scollies out there.

LSU does recruit in Florida
3 or 4 of the 6 that committed at the UnderArmour game had LSU on their list. They may not necessarily have wanted LSU, but LSU at least showed an interest in them.
