…getting this team to go so far. They were dysfunctional at the beginning of the year and she successfully managed egos, team drama, injuries and overall lack of depth to get them to the Elite 8 where they ran into a buzz saw against the GOAT.

I think the hardest part was the short bench. Kinda handcuffed her options to make adjustments and to keep the girls fresh.
I think the pace of that game just wore out the 5 starters.

Mulkey said to win a championship you need a rotation of 9. We had 9, then an injury and Poole kicked off the team left her w 7. South Carolina rotates 10. We were outmanned then couldn't hit shots. Great job w what she had.
