Wrong! JJ has talent and so does JL. If either one improves just a little, LSU can and will be very successful with either as starting QB.

Yet, people concluding that the stats were posted together because Lee is actually pulling away and everyone is just lying about it, and Les brought Jefferson to media days just to mess with our opponents, is a completely reasonable opinion.

I hope an pray that either one gets better. I just hope we don't have to watch the same mess as last year. Most QB's get better as the season goes on. JJ looked descent at Washington game an it was downhill for the rest of the season.

If one person reports something, you can probably dismiss it, but it is still possible.
If 2 independent sources report the same thing, you have to at least notice, and conclude it as probable.
When several independent people report the same thing, it moves to very likely.

I didn't say I think it was a conspiracy. I think that JJ is the starter going into the UNC game. I think the more reasonable answer to why the stats were presented as combined stats was to help prevent some of the negative attention that one of the QBs may have received if their performance was that great, or to protect both if they both had sub-par performances. At least this way rantards don't have anything definitive to fall back on when criticizing either QB.
