There are none. One rumor about Lee throwing two int's that is yet to be verified.

Seems improbable that any coach would talk so much about competition at the QB position (which does not help the starter's confidence) if the #2 guy were throwing multiple pics a game in a scrimmage.

Seems more probable that the opposite would be true - the #2 guy might be the starter and he's attempting to disguise it.

What are the most probable reasons for LM to combine QB stats from the scrimmages ?

Think it through before posting.

or consistantly talking about JL as much as JJ?
I dont promote the idea that JL should get the start over JJ, but I do question the fact that after listening to these coaches talk about the two, most of the time you wouldnt know who was starting.

You'd think that if JJ was as "clear cut" as some here would have you believe, it would be reflective in the things LM and GC has to say when talking qbs.

We know that of the five TDs, Jefferson threw three of them.

We also know that Lee threw both interceptions.

JJ will be the starter this year.

I know you hate it, but it is time for you to face reality. We've humored you long enough.

Anymore, and we might need an intervention.

Because it was a scrimmage, and both quarterbacks were likely working on very different things?

Why would they not?

Are JJ and JL clones with the same deficiencies?

Good? I don't know if I'd call it good.

Things I would call it:

Ordinary
Average
Basic
Standard
Run of the Mill

Keep in mind that gameplanning didn't start yet (on the field). They are just working on the players, timing, etc. You know. . .coaching?

JJ's the starter. No reason to change right now. A change will be made during the season if needed, but for now, Jefferson is the guy. I'm ready to cheer him on to an SECCG appearance, and maybe more

I'm also ready, if it happens, to cheer Lee onto the same. Both of them want to see LSU win games, and are trying hard to see that it happens.

JJ or JL. We're probably f'd with either of the 2. JJ always looks confused an scared an JL just heaves the ball down the field.

What a dumb shite. . .

JJ and JL are better than most D-1 QB's.

JJ finished in the 30's in pass efficiency last year. JL set records.

sacks/ints result from not knowing where to go with the football.

Wow. You gave a single reason for something that has a myriad of reasons.

That is like saying all car wrecks are caused by cell phone use.

That's funny considering the scrimmage was closed to the media...

They both have their problem areas. I like both of them because they are Tigers. Bitching about them will get you nowhere. They are who we have. I don't give a shite who starts. I want the starter that has the best chance of bringing home a Vic. Wins. That is what it is all about.

And yet several people all corroborated the same story?

really?

Oh. . .right. . .it's all a conspiracy to make JL look bad. . .

ETA: what's funny is that you just called everyone that saw the scrimmage a liar.

No, more like you rantards just continue to make shite up to support your argument. And yes I put "sports 2" in the list of rantards. I have no respect for any "newscaster" that uses the rant as a source for or an outlet of information.
