I question why Lee didn't play when JJ faltered last week however, even the most biased JJ fans do as well.
i could go either way on this. Lee may be a better passer but we weren't running the ball worth a crap and I was torn on having him back there with the d's ears pinned back. Would have been a tough spot for him. Would his potential have trumped jj's mobility? I don't know. Like i said earlier, I thought he should have seen the field. But at this point, I deffer these decisions to the people that make my salary in a matter of seconds and who's job is on the line if they screw up. I'm in the "Les Miles doesn't owe anyone anything other than winning" camp.

Great post and I agree with you. BTW prepare yourself. Racist rednecks can't handle being told they are racists.
Classic when you dont have the facts on your favor just throuw the race card out at anyone you disagree with!

Happen to agree with you 100%. This is what happens when you have a 3 year long QB controversy where both QB's have had minimal success coupled with lots of struggles.
Pretty much THIS.

That is your perogative Roger I was just trying to make the point that JJ's own ridiculous bragging and his performances have much more to do with his unpopularity than the b.s. race card.
Again I am not saying there is no racism just alot less of a reason than the performance and quotes he makes.

JJ had the undivided support of most of the fan base until about mid season, last year btw. It's all based on performance.
I hope both go out winners with significant playing time against Bama, but I have a feeling the opposite will happen and both will go out on a low individual, personal note..., though LSU will win.

There is plenty of racism in this argument. It's just some don't have the balls to admit it. I heard AT the game this weekend. I mentioned in the first half to an LSU fan and a UGA fan that I hoped Les would put Lee in to light a spark. Somehow that was an invitation to open up. It's just under the surface and it is the most ignorant shite. There wasnt much conversation after they realized I wasn't of "like mind". Oh, it's also not gender specific -- the UGA fan was a woman.

one random person you had a conversation with is not the entire fanbase! Do you really think the 0 first downs in first half and 25 yards of total offense had alot more to do with the anti JJ feelings than race? By the way it isnt like that is the first time JJ has put up those kind of numbers so it wasnt like he was being criticized for something he had never done before he has a history of it.

i can honestly say that i have never heard anyone other than you make this point ever or point out that jj was being braggadocios at any point.

Nobody hates LSU like LSU. the most critcal self loathing fan base in the world. We are the Jews of College football

Obviously you havent read the board. Go back and check the posts from the spring numerous posters brought it up.
Do you consider a qb who put up 4 yards of total offense in a game then being quoted as saying he thought he played well not out of touch and bragging?

Even more typical when you dont have facts on your side to blanketly call anyone who disagrees with you a racist. It could have nothing to do with JJ's performance Sat nite could it only racism!

Why do you care so much what he says?
It is the absolute stupidest thing to criticize him for. Criticizing play is legit but piling on for what he says is just flat out retarded.

i read this board WAY TOO MUCH and again, i can honestly not remember this argument. And i would assume that if your points were true (or maybe a better word would be pertinant) then more posters would be backing you up.
Also, i just want to point out that you are actually what the OP was talking about when brought up lsu fans bashing our own players. So i guess he's right, huh?

Yo...when was the last time yalls darling QBs were leading a team with NC hopes...and they Huskies had 12 yards of offense in an ENTIRE half. OR the time when you were playing the game of the Centuryand your QB inexplicably shut their eyes and fired INTs on two consecutive throws into a coverage he in possibly never even glanced at?
when?
Right.
Now shut up.
Yeah, that is what I thought.

Dude, we get it. You don't like his post (which was actually pretty thoughtful).
If you don't mind, go post on someone else's thread so I don't have to read your bitchin' every third post.
